Business Game is a management game, i.e. an educational tool which allows the participants to practice concretely how to run a company.That company, its market, its competition are modeled on the reality through a simulation.A computer analyses the decisions of all the companies, while integrating the socio-economic indicators.You are a member of the executive committee of one of the companies taking part in the game. As such you are led to work out policies ( sales, production, social and financial) and to take part in the decision-making.The quality of your management will depend upon the consistency of your decisions in relation with the goals you set for yourself and the results achieved, especially in the following fields:
